This movie was great! If you love music, especially alternative music, and have ever been in a relationship and have friends then you will enjoy this movie. It also has some funny parts, actually I laughed throughout the whole movie. This movie is all about loving music and finding love. What more can you ask for!
Ok, what was the whole idea of this movie? Was it to show the ups and downs of teenagers? Was it show that under age drinking is completely acceptable? Was it about a boy that loses a girl and then finds a girl but then loses a girl.. oh wait finds a girl? Or was it we are suppose to laugh at the characters or feel sad for them? Well, it was all of that and then some; however, it never proved anything to me. The story seemed thrown together and the characters were not that interesting outside of Michael Cera's and main co-star girlfriend. This movie had me more lost than the premise of finding that Bunny Band. Basically, this movie was a waste of time and should be shunned for taking the story from what is probably a real good book. On top of that, the trailer or TV ad shows all the real funny parts so, there's no reason to pay to see this one. I'm hoping over the next few weeks that the movies coming out will make up for the bad ones that have been released lately. The Fall continues to prove to have the worst selection of movie releases compared to the rest of the year. 2 Stars only because of a couple of laughs, but don't hold your breath waiting for them...
